Giving your mind a rest is important.

Switch off your emails, put down your phone and absorb yourself in art.

At Derwent we believe in the power of art to restore and revive, giving you the opportunity to take time out for yourself and create. To celebrate World Mental Health Day on 10th October we are launching our own Derwent Sketch-a-thon which we hope you will join us for.

Sketch everyday for the month of October and show yourself you have time to look after your mind.

31 sketches does seem a little daunting, but just 10 minutes a day is enough… and no masterpieces are required!

And why not fundraise at the same time?

Be sponsored by your friends, family and colleagues to take part in the Derwent sketch-a-thon, with all proceeds going to Mind.

Mind are a mental health charity who provide advice and support to empower anyone experiencing a mental health problem. They campaign to improve services, raise awareness and promote understanding.

Stay tuned to our official Facebook and Instagram channels to see how others are getting on with the challenge!
