Natural Graphite

Natural graphite was first discovered in the Lake District; now it’s your chance to discover Derwent Natural Graphite blocks! These are brilliant for creating big dramatic drawings. Use them flat to cover large areas or on their edge to add detail.

Blending them couldn’t be easier, use your fingers or a paper stump if you prefer. There's 3 grades to choose from; soft, medium or hard and, if that wasn’t enough, they’re naturally water-soluble too so you can add water to create washes.
